17 Goals for 2017

If you have been following along with me on Instagram, then you already know that 2017 is going to be my year of doing. It seems as if I just live my life in the same boring day-to-day style, never actually reaching towards anything new for whatever reason that I know could really benefit me. Every year I throw goals and resolutions down on a list that I say I am going to work at in the coming year to never even take another look at them past January 1st. I wanted this year to be different, because I don’t want to be one of those people who gets accustomed to never wanting to break the mold and try new things or improve upon themselves. These goals below are things that I either have told myself multiple times in the past that I want to do then never actually attempted or things that I want to continue to achieve at the same way that hold potential for improvement.

1. Actually learn a thing or two about makeup, especially how to apply it.
2. Establish a style outside of srat t-shirts and norts that isn’t just a v-neck and jeans.
3. Set a self-care/body routine.

4. Commit to a fitness workout schedule, specifically focused on running.
5. Take up yoga as a side hobby.
6. Drink more water every day.
7. Run my first 10K and half-marathon.

8. Continue to hold at least Dean List status (3.4+ semester GPA).
9. Obtain a part-time job that will offer real experience in my future career field of higher education.
10. Score well enough for my liking on the GRE – very high, but numbers I won’t release.

11. Post at least twice a week.
12. Establish a consistent income source from my blog.
13. Create something useful that can be sold.
14. Establish a presence on social media platforms – additionally won’t give numbers here because some platforms are just easier than others for me.

15. Read at least two new books a month.
16. Travel somewhere that I have never been before.
17. Work on my photography skills.

2016 was a great year for me, I think even the best thus far. It was a year of growth, my first full year as an adult taking on this life, and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. 2017 is bound to be even better, and I’m looking forward to everything it has in store!

  2. What a nice list of goals! I think I need to drink more water too. It's important to keep yourself hydrated at all times. Travelling is definitely one of my goals for this year. I can't to go on new adventures! :D


  3. The candidates can also view their CBSE results on cbse.nic.in. The candidates can also get their results via SMS. No official date for result declaration has been announced so far.
